Project Assignment: Store Manager Engagement Initiative
Objective:
The primary objective of this project is to facilitate in-person meetings between our team and the managers of each store within our retail network. By engaging directly with store managers and gathering valuable insights into store operations, challenges, and opportunities, we aim to strengthen relationships, foster collaboration, and drive operational excellence across all locations.

- Coordinate with store managers to schedule appointments and confirm meeting details.
Store Visits Execution:
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with store managers at each retail location.
